Half Day Wadi Rum Camel Tour
This one is a great way of seeing a decent chunk of the desert on camel back. We stop off at Lawrence Spring, the Red Sand Dune, Khazali Canyon, and the Small Arch before returning from this eye opening 4-hour Wadi Rum camel tour experience.

The trip begins or ends at the village, where Ain Abu Ainah, also known as Lawrence Spring, is visited. We will conclude the tour in Wadi Rum Village, or our camp, depending upon if you are spending the night with us.

The two-hour journey takes you beyond Lawrence Spring and into the middle of the basin with its incredible Red Sand Dune. We also stop at two Bedouin camps for some tea and a chance to take pictures and play on the dunes before returning to the Wadi Rum Village.

Are there wild camels in Wadi Rum?
The camels that you get to ride during a Wadi Rum camel tour are mostly males, while the females live in small simi-wild herds in and around the desert. While these herds are not truly wild, they mostly do their own thing.
How long can camels go without water?
Depending on how hot it is and how much they walk around, camels can survive for 7 – 10 days without a drink.
Do Bedouins name their camels?
Yes they do. Picking the perfect name for a camel is great fun and often involves taking into account the camel’s looks, laneige, temperament, etc.
